If you take pride in setups that run right the first time, we want to talk. ## Open Role: CNC Machinist Full time · Hanover, PA (on site) · Pay based on experience ### What you'll do - Set up and run 3-axis and multi-axis CNC mills and CNC lathes - Work from engineering drawings, models, and GD&T callouts - Hold tolerances to ±0.0005″ on critical features - Dial in offsets, tooling, workholding, and speeds and feeds - Inspect your own parts with calibrated hand tools, with CMM support for first-article and final inspection - Flag DFM and process issues before they become scrap ### What we're looking for - Hands-on CNC setup and operation experience (mill, lathe, or both) - Blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation - Comfort with micrometers, calipers, gage pins, height gages, and indicators - Fanuc, Haas, or comparable control experience; CAM exposure a plus - Materials familiarity across aluminum, stainless, titanium, Inconel, and engineering plastics - U.S. person status, required for ITAR-controlled work under 22 CFR 120.62 Not sure you check every box?
