Yes. Our facility is structured to run fast-turn prototypes, incorporate engineering change orders (ECOs), and scale into short-run production without transferring the job to a different shop. The same CNC programs, setup sheets, and inspection plans carry from prototype through production, preserving dimensional consistency across revisions.

What quantities do you run for industrial OEM work?

We run single-piece prototypes, first-article plus pilot lots (10–25 units), and short-run production (50–500 units). Higher volumes are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Lead time is confirmed at quote and tracked against internal milestone gates.

Can you reverse-engineer obsolete industrial parts?

Yes. When the customer provides a sample part that is not subject to third-party IP restrictions, we use CMM data capture and physical inspection to produce a working drawing, then quote it for production. Material certifications and Certificates of Conformance are provided on the reproduced parts.

Do you machine components for robotics and automation?

Yes. We machine end-of-arm tooling bodies, actuator housings, sensor mounting plates, linear motion components, and robot base plates for robot OEMs and automation integrators. See our dedicated robotics and automation page for more detail.

What documentation accompanies industrial OEM parts?

Material certifications with heat/lot traceability are standard. Certificates of Conformance, dimensional inspection reports, and AS9102-format First Article Inspection packages are available on request. Documentation requirements should be confirmed at the quoting stage.
